Records Division

The Alvin Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining police reports, arrest records, and accident reports. Please call the Records Division to verify the report is ready before you attempt to pick up a copy. It takes about 3-5 days to complete a report. To get a copy of a report you may fax a request to 281-388-4380 or visit our Crime Reports page or the Records Division Monday through Thursday from 7am-6pm. PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, §552.261 (A) (1) OR (2); THE TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE I, PART 3, CHAPTER 70, RULE §70.3; AND CHAPTER 28 CITY OF ALVIN, CODE OF ORDINANCES THE FOLLOWING FEES SHALL APPLY:

OTHER FEES MAY APPLY PER THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, THE TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
